An award-winning brand experience agency is looking for a Creative Director to join them and head up their beauty brands.

This is a great opportunity for someone to bring all their beauty experience to this
ambitious agency and help them create even better work.

Your background will either be as an Art Director or Designer, but most importantly you just love ideas.

Working as part of the Creative Leadership team, you will take the lead on creating the best work possible for the agency’s beauty brands, brands that deliver engaging, effective and memorable experiences.

You’ll help shape and deliver the creative vision and help to drive both physical and digital experience through the entire creative and development process.

It’s hybrid working and you’ll be needed in the office 3 times a week.

What else?

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the beauty industry

• Understand and evaluate client objectives and values, helping develop
  creative briefs

• Strong creative leadership in projects, guiding and directing others to support your creative vision

• Great presentation skills, constructive discussion

• Support the Executive Creative Director and being responsible for the
  creative direction, team output and client relationships for your team

• Lead and inspire your team to produce outstanding creative work

• Oversee the development, delivery and overall quality of the creative
  output of your team and manage their day-to-day priorities

• Work closely with the Client Development Team to build strategic
  business partnerships with clients, inspiring and exciting them about the creative work

• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Strategy, Production and Social to provide integrated thinking and solutions to your clients

• Keep up to date with industry trends.

• Promote a positive creative culture and quality within the team, leading
  and mentoring others

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and
  colleagues alike
