Digital Designer/Developers, this one is for you!

My client is looking for a hybrid creative who can bridge the gap between design and development. This role requires a strong combination of design expertise and technical development, with an interest and understanding of motion-led content.

Hand coding HTML5 banners, CSS and JavaScript are your bread and butter but you bring a lot more to the table.

You’ll need to be self-motivated and proactive and collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplined environment.

No two days are the same and you’ll get a chance to use all those creative skills of yours!

You’ll be working on a big financial brand so you’ll need to have experience within that sector.

You’ll be in their London office 4 days a week.


Skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in coding HTML5 Banners using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with proven experience utilising the GSAP library for animations.
  • Capability to create detailed storyboards or scamps to effectively outline and communicate concepts for video and animated content.
  • Strong ability to develop creative concepts and communicate ideas clearly through layouts, storyboards and scamps.
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics and video production using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience contributing to video, animation or multimedia projects within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Experience collaborating closely with motion designers, developers, and production teams.
  • Interest in evolving digital, creative and production tools and workflows.
  • Experience with Figma is an advantage.
 

What you’ll be doing.

  • Designing, developing and delivering high-quality digital assets for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Hand-coding HTML5 Banners using standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), with proficiency in animation libraries like GSAP.
  • Supporting and collaborating on motion graphics and video projects where required, working closely with internal and external specialists.
  • Translating campaign briefs into strong visual concepts, including the creation of detailed storyboards and scamps for video projects.
  • Applying strong principles of layout, graphic design and typography to all deliverables, maintaining high standards of visual execution and brand alignment.
