Come and work with a recruiter
who speaks your language.
It wasn’t that long ago I was a creative looking for work just like you. I’ve been there, done it and worn the t-shirt. There were a few times in my career that I was in a job I didn’t enjoy, so I left. With no job to go to. Yep, mad I know but I did. So I know where you’re coming from and where you want to get to.
There’s nothing better than speaking to someone who’s been in your shoes.
I’m now on the ‘dark side’ as I lovingly call it, and I’m helping creatives look for new opportunities, both full-time and freelance. I think I’m quite good at it (he says modestly) but it’s not me you should be listening to.

Ian Cawley
Creative Director
“How many recruiters do you know who’ve actually been Creatives? Exactly. Tony is a truly rare breed. He’s worked in nearly every creative department in town, so he gets what makes them tick. He knows their drive, the clients they’ll click with, and most importantly, what kind of Creative thrives there. He’s not just a recruiter, he’s the creative recruiter. It only took him 30 years to get there.”

"I first met Tony when I was looking for my next role. Tony was amazing through the whole process, from communicating with me how the application was going to giving personalised advice, etc. He sees your value as a professional and helps you find the best position to unleash your potential.
I’m not only incredibly happy at my new job, but also incredibly grateful for Tony’s patience with me and help throughout the whole process and advice he still gives me nowadays. There are not a lot of people like Tony out there, so definitely someone I will stay in touch with 🙂 Would definitely recommend to any friend/professional that asks me for help!"

Tom Drysdale
Senior Art Director/Designer
"I was lucky enough to work with Tony while he was leading the FMCG team at The Marketing Store. As a designer transitioning into a more art-directional role at the time, his experience and creative mentorship proved invaluable. I still find myself drawing on the lessons I learned from him during that period.
Fast forward 10 years, I noticed Tony had moved into recruitment. Naturally, I reached out to see if there were any freelance roles that might suit my skill set. In no time at all, he connected me with a client in the performing arts sector, offering a range of creative challenges that were perfectly aligned with my interests and abilities. This has since led to a longstanding relationship with the brand, giving me the opportunity to produce some of the most rewarding work of my career.
Whether he's helping you crack a fiendishly tricky creative brief, or going above and beyond to place you with talented people who bring out your best, Tony brings a genuine passion and a no-nonsense approach that's rare to find. In fact, I count him among just a handful of people who have genuinely helped shape my career for the better over the past 15 years."

"Huge thanks to Tony Snow for chatting to me about identifying creative opportunities in 2024. His advice was sparkling. It was also kind. Because he's been both a creative and a recruiter, he has a wealth of insights and warmth. So if you're curious about what to do next, talk to Tony. He is ace."

Natasha Freedman & Steve Williams
CD Team
"Steve and I have worked with a lot of recruiters, but what really sets Tony apart is that he’s an ex-creative. We’ve known him for a number of years, both as a brilliant creative and as a highly respected headhunter who truly gets it. Having been on both sides, Tony understands the work, the people and the pressures. That kind of insight is rare and makes all the difference. Above all, Tony is kind, honest and treats people the right way. A genuinely good human who's insightful, well-connected and an absolute pleasure to work with."
