One half of your life will be dedicated to work – maybe more. That’s a lot of your precious time. 

So don’t waste it, find a job you love. 

Hang on…isn’t there a quote about this? Oh yeah, ‘Find a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life’ said Mark Twain. Or was it Confucius? Nobody seems to know.

Luckily I found a job I loved (albeit through failure). But that’s another story. Happy to tell you over a cappuccino.

As an ex Art Director and Creative Director, I loved my job for over 30 years. I never understood why someone would do a job they disliked, or even worse, hated. Not even for the money. But hey, each to their own.

So, if you’re in a job you hate, or don’t like, find another. 

Not any old job but one you love. 

And if you find a job you love, guess what? You’ll never work a day in your life.
