If you’re a mid-weight Art Director with experience in the retail sector, we’ve got a great opportunity for you.

An award-winning brand experience agency is looking for someone to come on board and be an integral part of a department that create ideas that deliver insight
led experiences for one of the best retail brands in the world.

They are all about physical and digital events and would love you to help them deliver even better experiences, including in-store and digital activations, Pop-Ups and product launches.

This is a brand experience agency, so experience in the activation/experiential world would be a big advantage but not necessary, as long as you love creating ideas that
deliver engaging, effective and memorable experiences.

It’s hybrid working and you’ll be needed in the office 3 times a week.


What else?

  • Demonstrable understanding of the retail environment, its touch-points and the
    customer mindset

  • Openness to learn, collaborate, inspire and innovate

  • Instinctive brand awareness and demonstrated experience of pushing boundaries
    and evolving brands

  • Supporting the Executive and Associate Creative Directors in ideating, developing,
    designing and delivering creative solutions predominantly for our retail clients

  • Sometimes lead on projects – working closely with team seniors as well as other departments, to achieve commercial and creative objectives

  • Keeping internal departments and project leads updated with progress

  • Supporting new business pitches, producing creative concepts that help to inspire and procure new clients
