Calling all Junior Digital Designers!

If you have a strong foundation in design, an interest in digital development and a passion for motion-led content, you’re in the right place.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early career designer to develop their skills within a highly collaborative, multi disciplined environment, supporting the delivery of best-in-class, end-to-end campaign experiences across a range of digital client touchpoints.

You’ll need to be curious, pro-active and a team player.

This is NOT a hybrid role, you’ll be in their London office every day.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Assisting in the design and production of digital assets for integrated marketing
campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with brand
    guidelines.
  • Supporting the build of HTML5 banners using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with
guidance from senior team members. Exposure to animation libraries such as GSAP
    is beneficial.
  • Working closely with designers, developers and motion specialists to contribute to
video and animation projects where required.
  • Assisting in translating creative briefs into visual ideas, including contributing to
storyboards, layouts and scamps for digital campaigns.
  • Applying core principles of layout, typography, and graphic design to produce high-
    quality, visually engaging work.
  • Managing assigned tasks effectively, maintaining attention to detail and delivering
    work within agreed timelines.

Must-haves.

  • Experience: 2 years’ experience in a design role (including internships or freelance
work), supported by a portfolio demonstrating creative potential and attention to
    detail.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Any hands-
on experience with HTML5 banners or animation tools (e.g. GSAP) is a plus.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with Figma or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to contribute ideas and communicate visually through
    layouts and simple storyboards.

Nice-to-haves.

  • Motion & Video: Interest in motion graphics, animation or video editing.
  • Collaboration: Experience working on team-based projects (academic or
    professional).
  • Learning Mindset: Curiosity about emerging digital design trends, tools, and
    technologies.
