We recently asked Tony to find us a Deputy Creative Director. A very important hire for Cheeky. From start to finish the process was painless and smooth. He listened to our particular requirements, asked all the right questions and gave us a small but perfectly formed selection of candidates.

As he was an award winning creative director himself, he’d judged the candidates work to perfection, already culled all the unsuitable ones and left me with some difficult choices. He handled the interview process as we narrowed the list down and negotiated terms etc with discretion and professionalism without ever being pushy.

He even let down the unsuccessful candidates in a proper and timely fashion. I now have an excellent DCD bedding into the agency and cannot recommend Tony highly enough.
